"I would love another pair if they send me one but that's probably not going to happen.
If I thought they fixed the problem I would consider the next generation the S10. can't be sure till i read the review's. "jackandmax
Quality of Construction
after beginning to get finicky the Forward and back buttons stopped working now the volume up button has stopped. The support forums confirm this as a problem and the manufacturer agrees there are issues but the all say tough luck, you are outside the 90 day warranty.
Fit
good once you get used to the springiness.
Comfort
adjustable ear cups
Adjustability
When they worked they were great
Durability
can't give it a zero because I got a year.
Value
I don't want to spend $100 a year on headphones, even wireless.
Appearance
cool loking when you weren't wearing them
Customer Service
none existent
Performance
great right up till they stopped working
Strengths
the weaknesses out way the strengths.
don't buy them unless you are ready to shell out another $100 in a year or less.
Weakness
crappy quality with no customer support.
after 20 years in retail and wholesale I have determined that a warranty is for half the length the manufacturer think there product will work. 90 days means they think it's good for 6 months. I got lucky I guess in there eyes.
