Ease of use

Without a maintenance stand this would be very hard to use, but if you have a stand it is fairly easy. You do have to get a feel for holding the chain scrubber steady while backpeddaling or chain will pop off, NOTE this device is designed to backpedal only.

Quality of Construction

Really easy to clean and dry parts... if you use it a lot I noted that you can replace the brushes and sponge without having to buy another entire unit.

Rugged, seems like it will last quite a while.

Performance

The chain comes out looking like new, I find this tool especially helpful to get all of the grease and grime out of the chain links.

Strengths

Easy to use, does a great job.

Weakness

Need to protect the surface under the bike or you will have a puddle of dirty degreaser on the floor.
