The bike is about as comfortable as I can get it without a bike fit, but I'm sure a bike fitting would make a difference.

haven't had the bike that long but it seems to doing pretty good so far.

good price for a CF frame and fork set
Appearance
The frame and fork set a very beautiful, you can see the Carbon Fiber weave through the clear coating.
Customer Service
I needed to send back an item that I did not need, and customer service was helpful and prompt in taking care of what I needed done.
Performance
The bike rides as well as any of the other top of the line CF bikes that you've heard of, it just coats a lot less.
Strengths
the frame is light and strong

haven't found any yet, besides the CF seat post that comes with the bike will need to be upgraded

Ease of installation
All of the bicycle components installed easily, except for the BB30, you need a special tool to install the cranks.
