I have the foot pod and the bike accessory. Both our simple to use, but I did have to figit with the bike accessory for a short while to get the tire sensory to work properly.

I just choose whether I am running or biking, let the watch synch to the proper sensor, hit start and go. The training partner feature allows me to choose how fast the display scrolls through all of the important information I need, so I don't have to touch the watch again until I stop. The autopause feature allows me to stop for food or hydration and still have an accurate account of how long I was moving. It also keeps track of the total time ellapsed.

This is my second season using the Garmin. I trained 5 days a week running last year for a half marathon, two 25 mile bike rides and a sprint triathlon this season. I have had to change the battery in my foot pod once and that was it. It has held up well.

I have a small wrist and the lady's watch is a good fit for me. The chest strap for the heartrate monitor fit okay on the smallest setting last year, but is loose this year. I am not sure if it stratched or if I have slimmed down. I will need to take a tuck in the strap so that it will stay in place this year. But, I am 4' 11" and weigh 116 pounds so I may not be a good judge fo the heart rate monitor strap fit.

Very comfortable when it is on. I am currently aware of the chest strap for the heart rate monitor while running because I need to take a tuck in the strap, but I did not notice it last year when I was a few pounds heavier.

Plenty of extra strap on the wrist watch for someone with a thicker wrist.

Has held uyp well, even through training sessions in the rain or with wet roads.

I am extremely pleased with the value for my money. I was using a plain heart rate monitor before my Garmin. I spent a lot of time driving in my car to gauge the length of my runs and rides before I bought the Garmin. Now I just run or ride and let the Garmin track my mileage.

Looks similar to other products.

I emailed Garmin to see if the heart rate monitor would work for swim sessions. They emailed an answer abck to me in less thatn 25 hours. That is the only use of customer service I have needed in 1 and 1/2 seasons of owning the unit.

I have had no problems with the performance at all. I am very happy with this unit.

Accurate and easy to use. Fits well.

Does not work for swim workouts so I will need a seperate gadget if I stick with Sprint triathlons after this season.
