"I originally went to the store to get a Scott Plasma 20 that was on sale. After reading up on warranties and seeing the Speed Concept 7.0, Im happy with my decision."bgoldsmith85

Assembled at local bike store.

Pedal the bike...not rocket science here.

Everything feels solid. No creaks or squeaks from bumps in the road. Full carbon so there are no seems or rigid lines. Everything flows great.

Custom fitted. Im 5'10", ride a 54cm. Had to take some spacers out of the fork stem to lower the bars from stock.

Very smooth on the straights and easy on turns. The only thing I would change as of now would probably be the seat but its not that bad...much more comfortable than a Fuji Aloha I once had.

I like that the stock aero bars are completely adjustable. Seat post must have the "sand type grease" applied to it otherwise it will slip.

Feels solid and doesnt seem to have much flex (if any). I wanted that since I'm 190 and crank on it sometimes. One kinda bad thing though, the first time I rode it when I got home I hit a few small bumps in the road and the seat post completely collapsed. I took it back to the store and they noticed whoever assembled the bike did not put some grease on the carbon seat post. They fixed it and its been great since.

I originally had a price cap of a grand but after shopping around a bit I decided to up it to 2,000. I hated Trek in the beginning cause I felt they were overpriced for the components you receive on the bikes but after riding one and the lifetime warranty on the frames it won me over. The original price in the store was 2499 but they didnt have the Black/charcoal one I wanted so they had to transfer one from another store and when it came in (4 days later) Trek had a deal going for 200 off carbon bikes. So it worked out in my favor.

Honestly, When looking at these bikes online or in a catalog I didnt like them. After seeing one in person I liked them a little more. Once mine came in and I saw the color scheme in person...it was awesome. Would not want to trade it for anything else.

Havent had to deal with Trek personally yet but local bike store was great.

Fast and aerodynamic. The SRAM Apex group works really well and shifts smoothly.

Solid, clean lines, very aerodynamic, appealing painjob (black/charcoal)

Heavy stock wheels, aluminum handlebars - for the price the bike costs it should come with carbon aerobars.
