"Over all I've been very happy with this shoe. I am a fore foot striker and had been using a shoe with a substantial wedge to it. These shoes are much quicker and lighter than my last pair. The ride is fairly cushy and there is really no support if you pronate.
I would recommend these if you are looking to get into a more minimalist shoe but not yet ready for FiveFingers or a more slipper like shoe (such as the New Balance Minimus).
The only weakness on these shoes is the sole life. I've got about 200+ miles on them and the soles seem to be taking a pretty good beating. I'll have to see when they get to 500 miles.
UPDATE: These shoes do wear out pretty fast, especially compared to the Mizuno Wave's I used to run in. I got about 450 miles before I had to retire them. Got a new orange pair though and I love them just as much."ATDrake
