"This is my second pair of Ghost 4s after 2 pairs of Ghost 3s. I just noticed there is a neat leash feature on the tongue that allows the laces keep the tongue from sliding to the outside. I wear my shoes very large because my feet swell on long runs, so this was an issue for me. And this detail solves it! Cool!"Mrs. brown_dog_us

Comfort

Nice fit and comfortable right out of the box. First run was 8 miles with no issues at all.

Value

This is not the most expensive shoe in the Brooks line-up, but is a solid lighter-weight trainer.

Appearance

Because the Ghosts come in wide, I can wear womens' shoes instead of mens - and womens' shoes are always cuter.

Strengths

Lightweight training shoe. Very comfortable with no hot-spots. Wide forefoot and toe-box with huge bunion windows.

Weakness

My DH prefers a "cushier" ride than the Ghosts, but I think the ride is great!
