Got them through The Tri Shop in Plano. New store with an awesome staff. Thought they were a little over-priced, but the information given by the staff made the purchase an easy one.

Really like the strap in back to get them on during transition! Looking forward to racing in them very soon.

Customer Service

Perfect. They didn't have my size, and they had to order them. Said it would take about a week to get them in, and they were. Staff at The Tri Shop in Plano was superb!

Strengths

Garneau really put some thought and detail in how a triathlete would use these shoes. Really love the rear pull hoop that extends all the way to the bottom of the shoe, so I'm not worried about it ripping off. The one strap and heel reflector are also a big plus for me.

Weakness

The only weakness I've found in these shoes are the color options. There aren't any. They only come in white. I just think they'd be more fun in a different color.
