Very easy to install bike and use. Once set, no adjustments needed

A nice solid and level trainer, bought it used and it provides an excellent workout

Performance

I had a Graber Mag Trainer prior to this, it was easy to sustain 24-25 mph on that Trainer. This trainer is completely different, the workout is harder, the resistance is quality...This trainer has increased my race performance.

Strengths

The workout resembles more realistic conditions. I would say it's actually more difficult to maintain real life race speeds while riding on the fluid trainer

Weakness

I cannot say I have experienced anything worth mentioning
