Ease of use

I love that all the vitamin and nutritional needs are in one pouch versus combining pills from ten or twelve separate places.

Quality of Construction

Most supplements branding look and feel like they were made by the nephew of the scientist on their home PC. The pills are always intact and the pouches tear where they need to.

Adjustability

This is a great multi pill if you are looking for an all in one pill. This will not replace your race day nutrition.

Value

I used to pay $120 or so for the six to ten pills I was consistent about taking and then $20 to $30 more when I was training hard. The savings and convenience were well worth the $59.

Appearance

I know they are just vitamins, but everything looks cool. The six pills in the package are each unique. The pouch is well branded, the box is almost sexy. The only thing is that the box's glossy coating picks up fingerprints.

Performance

I have felt an increase in my day to day energy and a huge difference on recovery after my weekend training sessions.

Strengths

Simplicity of one pouch for all my Multi vitamin nutrition needs. Branding and packaging are cool. Ingredient deck has everything except the kitchen sink.

Weakness

Six pills at once... Has a little guarana and green tea extract that helps with a slow build energy throughout the day but my sensitivity to caffeine keeps me from taking it late at night.
