Once you calibrate the unit it is very easy to use

It comes with holders either for your steam, base bar or front wheel

It comes with the ability to download your workouts and able to update the unit
Value
It is currently an easy way to have power when using the trainer
Appearance
Easy to read screen with 5 values (ie power, time, speed, cadence, heart rate)
Customer Service
Lemond has amazing customer service, they are quick to respond to emails and always answer their phones
Performance
Excellent unit, just hope one day will be allowed to program workouts on the unit
