"This bike is excellent for a first tri bike, or any age grouper looking for value in an otherwise expensive sport."dipboss
Fit
The cockpit of the B16 is very adjustable, making it capable of fitting even unusual body shapes like mine (a 6"1 Clyde, with a 32" inseam).
Comfort
My LBS was excellent in getting this bike comfortable; taking advantage of the level of adjustability it allows. Now, when i am tired, I want to be in the Aero position, and not upright.
Adjustability
See my comments above.
Durability
I admit it. I crashed on this bike while on a training ride. While I was pretty torn up (except my head, see my helmet review), the bike survived needing only a good cleaning.
Value
Under 2K for a carbon frame and Ultegra set up. That leaves a lot of money for extras.
Appearance
In the eye of the beholder, but I love the looks.
Performance
I swapped out the FSA standard crank for an Ultegra compact. The performance limiter on this bike is the motor (me) not the bike.

Weakness
Bottle mounts are on the seat tube, not the down tube, which is generally regarded as more Aero.

Quality of Construction
This is a very well constructed bike, with excellent attention to detail on the fit and finish.
