"This is my first experience with the Nike Vomero line. Some fans of earlier Vomero models have expressed a dislike for the new model. I have found the fit and comfort to be a good fit for me at the present for distance running.
Unless you are running very long distances in the summer the strengths of this shoe outweighs the weaknesses. I would recommend trying this shoe as a member of your running toolbox. Try the shoe at a reputable shoe store where you can run on a treadmill or around the block to test the feel for yourself."GRG
Fit
I usually wear a US 12.5 EE. In this shoe I am wearing a US 13 regular width. This sizing is working well.
Comfort
The new insole padding has met mixed reviews from users, but I have found them to be very responsive and comfortable for recent foot issues.
Durability
Too early to offer a useful opinion, but based on Nike's reputation, I expect the durability to rival my Brooks or Asics.
Value
These shoes are priced with other higher end running shoes at $130US. Living on a budget, I have bought them only when I can find them on sale.
Appearance
The Vomero+ 7 is a fine looking shoe but only comes in a couple of color combinations and is not available for custom colors as Nike offers on other models.
Strengths
Comfortable shoe with responsive foam, this shoe also works well for a larger runner or one with feet issues.
Weakness
The primarily synthetic uppers don't seem to breathe as well as other shoes. While this is possibly an issue with my socks as I am still in the early stages of learning this shoe, it is a concern in the sweltering south.

Quality of Construction
The Vomero 7's appear thus far to be well constructed. Though some of the upper looks plastic, it has held up in the heat and occasional rain with no issues.
