Ease of installation

easiest bike ride I have ever taken on and off my car. once the hitch is one, this rack is really easy to slide on and off

Quality of Construction

this is where I am disappointed. I paid $420 for this rack and in just over two years I need to start carrying a screw driver with me because the lever to pull the rack down has worn out and jams. granted, I use the rack several times a week, but for the price, it should have last longer

very easy to get the bikes on and adjust the levers regardless of bike size

great performance and i feel secure leaving the bikes on the rack with the locks engaged while in a restaurant. that durability issue though...
