"I love the idea, can see the results, but I need a different model than the Bikila. I MUST have more impact protection. I'm considering the NB Minimus"jeffnboise
Quality of Construction
So far, no bad spots have been noticed.
Fit
I have long skinny toes, so I have alot of baggy material between the toes, but I don't really notice.
Comfort
I love the way my feet feel when I'm gripping the trail through the shoes. I've worn them for 9-10 mile runs and they stay very comfortable
Adjustability
One strap-that's it.
Durability
So far so good. I throw them in the wash every now and then and they're good.
Value
A little spendy considering the Adidas and Filas are cheaper.
Appearance
They're bright blue, monkey ntoe shoes. They look ridiculous, but i don't wear them to make a fashion statement.
Performance
Alot of my hip/back/feet issues have cleared up since I stated wearing them. BUT, like everyone says, you gotta start off slow.
Strengths
Improved foot strength
Weakness
NO impact protection at all in the forefoot. If you have issues with metatarsal bruises, you really have to consider the cost/benefit. I have bruised my feet UP wearing these.

Ease of use
Once you get the hang of it. They're pretty easy to get on. Just gotta squeeze the toes to make surethey're all on board
