Ease of use

Getting the bottle in and out of the belt couldn't be easier and the bungie attachment that secures it is incredibly easily grasped. Very natural motion to retrieve and replace the bottle in the holder.

Getting the belt fit just right to minimize bouncing took a little time.

Quality of Construction

Seems fine, but mine's brand new. We'll see after 500 miles or so of use.

About as comfortable as 20 oz of water hanging off your hips can feel.

Running gear like this is a specialty item so markup is expected. Still, $30.00 is on the high end of acceptable.

Strengths

Comfort, adjustability, nice big pocket for holding id, gels, cell phone etc.

Weakness

It's not totally "bounce free" as advertised. Mostly, but not totally.
