"As a lighter rider, I had always loved my Speedplay Zeros, but occasionally struggled to get in/out despite cleat adjustments. With my riding mechanics, I am fine using them in race situations without accidentally coming out, but I see why the company says these are for recreational use. It is easy to bring your heel out a tiny bit and all of a sudden, you're out! Not good for a race, but they work great or me! I would still recommend Zeros for race situations and heavier riders"aof4e
