"Bottom line...I love it and I'm glad I bought it. I would buy it again in a heartbeat if mine was ever stolen or if I was rear-ended. This is the best four bike option I could find, even when I'm only moving two bikes I still love it. "Big-Man55
Ease of use
Great usability. Put the bikes on, swing up the bars, pull the holder down onto the frame and clinch the tires down and you're done. It accepts any size tire and any weird shape of frame. I can have my Tri bike, my wife's road bike and my kids bikes all on the same rack. Excellent.
Quality of Construction
It's heavy, it should be, there is a lot of metal here and it is long. It feels bulletproof on the back of my Avalanche. Very well built! Very solid and doesn't say much, even in high winds and high speed and handles bumps just fine also.
Adjustability
It will accept any size bike frame and tire. Can't make it much more adjustable than they did.
Durability
Only been in use for a few months but it has held up perfectly. The solid construction seems like it is going to last a very long time.
Value
I got mine through a friend who we able to match the price from Amazon.com. The price they have up right now is over $100 off, which makes this a great deal for moving four bikes. At full reail price it is still a good deal.
Appearance
I like the way it looks and that it will fold up vertically against the vehicle when not in use. I don't think it has the cool factor of a Thelma or something like that, but I don't mind a bit.
Strengths
It moves four bikes well and is wildly adjustable to length, tire size and type and frame type. My bikes aren't cheap and I feel very comfortable with them on this rack even on long trips. It can be secured to the vehicle and is well made.
Weakness
It is long and heavy. Might be a two person job for many people to place this in the hitch. With the length you need to be careful backing up.

Ease of installation
It's a hitch mount rack so it's not incredibly complicated to install but it is a little heavy and has an awkward shape so using a buddy to help get it into the hitch is helpful. You can put your standard bolt through it or use the security bolt, which takes a little bit of time but could be well worth it.
