So long as you know how to tie a shoe, they're easy to install.

How to answer this question ... some days I enjoy my runs and I'd give them a 5. Other days, my runs aren't so easy - hill work, for example.

Quality of Construction

My big toe wears a small hole in the mesh on the top of the shoes fairly quickly. Otherwise, they hold up great.

I buy them about half a size large, but overall they fit well.

I like them, but the 2140's I had before them fit me better.

If they are loose, tighten the laces. If they are tight, loosen them.

So far, so good. I got over 400 miles out of the 2140's.
