"Maybe I got a bad pair, but I've been using interchangeable lens sunglasses for years on rides (I do a lot of long-distance rides which involve night rides) and even w/ cheapo Nashbar house brand sunglasses I never had the issue of lenses popping out."danimal123
Ease of use
Stays in place, doesn't fog up.
Quality of Construction
Lenses are very scratch-free and the frame has been holding up well, but the lenses fall out VERY EASILY. Makes wiping them off/cleaning them on the bike nearly impossible. I lost one of my amber lenses this way...not fun on a 200K ride. Even cleaning them at a stop or at home, they pop right out.
Fit
A bit tight, but I have a large head.
Comfort
See "fit."
Adjustability
One size fits all, but the range of lenses provided work well in bright sunlight and the amber ones are OK at night (clear would be better).
Durability
Good, except for the lenses easily popping out.
Value
I usually don't bash a product, and I realize that $45 for sunglasses is cheap in the cycling/multisport world, but to me it's a lot and if I'm paying that, I don't want to have to constantly worry about losing lenses on a ride.
Appearance
Looks fine.
Customer Service
Never dealt w/ Tifosi directly.
Performance
When they're working, they're fine and can even be used on night rides in a pinch.
Strengths
Scratch resistant, stays in place, no sweat corrosion, don't fog up.
Weakness
LENSES POP OUT WAY, WAY TOO EASILY.
