"Outstanding jerseys for those of us in hot, sun-blasted areas. Pretty much all I use these days."danimal123
Ease of use
Wear it and forget it.
Quality of Construction
I bought four of these about two years ago (Feb. 2010) and they pretty much are the only jerseys I use. I ride 5000+ miles/yr. and they've held up very well.
Fit
True to size and comfortable. A little loose in the stomach area so it's more of a "club cut" than a "race cut."
Comfort
Super comfy. The weave does as advertised: it lets in a ton of air while still keeping the sun off. Cooler feeling than some short-sleeve jerseys I own. I ride in South Florida, USA so it's pretty much always hot and humid.
Adjustability
It's got a zipper, but it's not full-length. No biggie, but that's why I give it a "4" instead of a "5."
Durability
Again, 2.5 yrs of heavy use and all material, seams, zippers, etc. are like new. The cloth does have some parts that have grease stains that I can't get out, but that's not the jersey's fault.
Value
Great price for the quality.
Appearance
Plain white is the only option. Looks good to me, but some might want more options.
Customer Service
Never dealt w/ Performance, but they are supposedly pretty good about standing behind their products.
Performance
Cool in hot weather, protects against the sun, comfortable even on multi-day rides...I love them.
Strengths
Durable, inexpensive, nice open weave for circulation and comfortable.
Weakness
Only one color and it shows dirt/sweat/etc. stains easily on rides. Also, these a are periodically unavailable on Performance's website. They've been making them for years, but you have to check their website and when they have them, grab 'em.

Ease of installation
Pretty much like any long-sleeve jersey. I wouldn't use them in a Triathlon race as that may take a bit longer than I'd like, but for training it's fine.
