Like anything it has its soft points, changing the zones can take a little bit sometimes.

Around my lean forearms I have to use the last hole, but I'm the extreme, should fit most.

Don't even notice it sometimes, very small watch face

Again many options for adjustability.

Can't comment since I've only had it 2 months.

For $70 it gives you a great monitor with all the statistics the recreational triathlete needs.

Rarely picks up radio towers etc... but it happened once.
Strengths
Very well constructed, works flawlessly, gives you all you need, strap is adjustable and only needs a little water to conduct (or sweat)
Weakness
Wish it would come with software to download and analyze data, but for $70 what do you expect?
