Ease of use
There isn't much to it. Just make sure it beeps once you have it on.
Quality of Construction
Seems well put together. The elastic belt has been washed many times already and it's holding up well.
Fit
It's adjustable.
Comfort
As far as a HR monitor goes it's slightly bigger than other units I've used.

For just a belt with no watch to go with it, it's a little pricey.

Performance
It's accurately recorded everything I've done and even been a little better than my Polar watch at picking up my HR.
Strengths
Adjusts your Max HR after only a few times of wearing it and creates zones based on that.
Weakness
Unfortunately this is only available if your health club sponsors it. And sometimes it beeps NON-STOP for entire workouts.
