"Simply said I am a Castelli fan. I have used their cycling gear for a few years now and when I heard they were starting a triathlon division I was pretty excited. This is a relatively new product line for them but the shorts and shirt combo are fantastic. They are comfortable, breath well, shed water well and are extremely light. I will use these in most every race I do"imdapman

Quality of Construction

As is expected with Castelli Gear the construction is excellent. All flatlock stitching and high quality materials. I particularly like the small hooks on the jersey that clip into the Shorts to keep them all in place

Fit

Fit runs true to Castelli sizing which means it runs small for US sizing. I am 5'9 137 lbs and a medium is a perfect fit

By far the most comfortable tri shorts and jersey I have ever worn

I have only used them a few times now but I expect them to last as long as the rest of my Castelli gear

Appearance

As I have come to expect from Castelli it is a great fit both top and bottom. Sharp Castelli graphics with comfortable trim. The only drawback is it comes in only white with red trim for the men and pink for the ladies. For me this isnt a problem as I prefer this color combo but for some it may be an issue

Performance

Seems to shed water well. The water actually beads off the shorts which is kind of amazing. The chamois is simply amazing. It is designed specific for triathletes so the cushioning is thickest in the high front center. This makes it extremely comfortable when sitting on the nose of your saddle for hours. They have also trimmed the wings of the chamois so it is still very comfortable to run in them. I have done a half iron distance in them and they worked flawlessly with zero discomfort. For the ladies out there my wife has this same kit and her only complaint is no built in bra
