Fit
really good - I wet by their fit guidlines and was a bit nervous getting the med size - I'm usually on the borderline and go for lge - but these are a perfect fit for me (at the moment!)
Comfort
Extremely comfortable - I've used them for everything - from a 3km jog to a IM - they did me the whole day without causing any discomfort at all.
Durability
So far so good - but I've only had them 6months
Value
Probably at the pricier end but I love mine - I'd get a second pair and use them all the time if possible!
Appearance
Love the range of colours - I've the new green version with tri top to match.
Customer Service
dealt with chain reaction cycles and as usual they were first class!
Performance
great having the side pockets for gels /key etc and the back posket is another nice feature.

Quality of Construction
Have held up to everything thrown at them so far without any problems - loads of biking, running, pool swimming, lake swimming etc. I'm a heavy sweater and it hasn't caused any problems either
