No installation, just had to assemble it when shipped.

Got it on Ebay for $810. Seems like a reasonable deal. I couldn't get a Trek, or Cervello, or Quintaro Roo for that.

Shifters and brakes smooth. Bike much lighter than my old Schwinn road bike.

Strengths

Relatively inexpensive tri bike by reputable manufacturer.

Weakness

Some components are lower end.
