"A great option for a more cushioned running shoe. I can definitely feel a difference in leg fatigue after a run in the Hoka's. I don't use them as an everyday trainer but they are great for easy or long runs. "slornow
Fit
I bought an 11.5 but usually wear a 10.5 in running shoes. Apparently there had been a problem with the size tage on this model according to research I did. Probably fit more like an 11 as they are just a little big for me. My understanding is that the sizing/labeling issue has been fixed.
Comfort
WOW! Very comfortable. Feel soft when you run in them and it takes a couple of miles to get used to it. Does not cause any problems with your gait. I have done everything from track intervals to HM in them.
Durability
I don't use them all the time so they have lasted quite awhile. Some wear evidence on the sole but to be expected with a "soft" soled shoe.
Value
You pay a premium compared to most running shoes but they are a different breed so I expect to pay a little more.
Appearance
Takes some getting used to. ot something I worry about when I run though.
Performance
I bought these to use on easy and long runs to give my legs a break. Shoes are perfect for that but could also be a solid everyday trainer. I even raced the HM of a half iron distance race in them.
Strengths
Comfort and cushioning. Great for those easy days to help old legs.
Weakness
Sizing issue but that seems to be fixed

Quality of Construction
Shoes seem very solid. No problems with the uppers. Soles show wear fairly quickly but I think that is more due to the "softness" of the sole material than a problem.
