Ease of installation

Took maybe 5 minutes and came with a new bar to replace the bar that goes through your rear hub.

Fit

When I crank the resistance to a good level the rear bars that attach to my hub seem to bend when they are out. The bike is very secure, and it seems like it sways a little bit side-to-side.

This does not seem to effect my riding at all.

Works great, and I am getting great workouts in.

Strengths

Easy to use, easy to setup, and 'cheap.'

Weakness

I ride a 52cm bike, and I feel like the bars that attach to the back of the bike barely reach. I have regular 700cm wheels, not sure why they barely reach.
