Quality of Construction

there are seems inside the shoe so extra rubbing in the arch

this did not run true to size and rubbed terribly in the arch just having them on my feet sitting down

Comfort

although they were uncomfortable just walking the two blocks to the gym, I decided to give them a try. I had knee and hip pain immediately - in addition to arch pain once I got the treadmill rolling

just like any other shoe, pull strings tighter or loosen them, or string them differently

I can't really say as they are too uncomfortable to wear them for anything but get groceries.

considering the very poor fit and quality - i.e. seams on the inside of the shoe that rubs on the foot, value is poor

fit, seams on the inside of the shoe, weird fit so toe box and heel are wide, but weirdly narrow at the arch
