Ease of use
The bottle snaps in easily and stays secure, unlike another brand I tried. The drinking tube is easy to use on the fly and it very convenient to tuck it out of the way when not in use. I've used it in several races now and have refilled it with ease while still riding; even in aero!
Quality of Construction
X-Lab uses high quality materials to construct their gear.
Fit
Once dialed in I couldnt complain.
Comfort
The bottle and cage fit snugly between my arms.
Adjustability
There were so many ways to adjust the placement.
Durability
Nothing has fallen apart yet. I had another brand that stopped working after one use!!
Value
Just a bit pricey but compared to other brands, not bad.
Appearance
It just looks fast!
Customer Service
No issues so I haven't had to deal with them.
Performance
I couldn't be happier with how its performed.
Strengths
The ability to dial in the fit and ease of use when racing, refilling, and cleaning are it strengths.
Weakness
I don't care for the computer mount that is included. I like the idea of placement, but I think a specific mount for your bike computer would be better.

Ease of installation
The installation is a breeze with the included velcro straps. It is worth taking the time to dial in the cage placement though with all the different spacers provided with the kit. It took about half an hour for me on my aero bars but am very satisfied with everything provided with the kit to get it just where I wanted the bottle cage to be.
