Quality of Construction
So far so good, the suit doesn't seem real sensitive and I hope to use it for at least a few seasons.
Fit
The fit is pretty good. Xterra's website suggests to move up if you are on the border or if you are new to all this. I am both so I sized up to a XL. That made the ease of use really high and honestly did not seem to affect the other qualities of the suit. It did not let in very much water at all and really helped on the swim.
Comfort
No issues whatsoever. Used it for a Half and did not experience any significant chafing or restriction.
Durability
We'll see, but so far so good.
Value
Always wait for the Xterra deals, they are super expensive without a good promo.
Appearance
Wetsuits are not all that stylish anyway.
Customer Service
Mine was backordered and they tracked down the delivery time which was nice.
Performance
Almost like cheating in the water!
Strengths
Kept me floating, no restriction without the sleeves
Weakness
Can't really think of any.

Ease of use
I picked the sleeveless version of the V4 to make it a little easier to get on and off. That has worked out well so far as it is easy and quite comfortable.
