"It was free so I'll use the stuff til it's gone, but my workouts didn't get better, my energy/recovery time didn't seem to improve. Again, if my upcoming blood tests show some miraculous 'gains' in my biometrics, I'll reconsider, but for now; I won't be buying the stuff. Hell, I don't even know how much it costs."jeffnboise
Quality of Construction
The envelope for the amino patches was almost indestrutable, bottle of vitamin juice seemed thick and well made. Not sure what else to say about the packaging!
Value
I won this package through BT on the monthly review board
Performance
i noticed NO measurable performance gains. I have some blood tests coming up; so if things have changed significantly I'll update the review-but I don't think it's made any difference
Strengths
Well, it was free, so there's THAT! The amino acide patches are cool and very convienient to use. BUT...i have no proof that they did anything.
Weakness
Taste. OMG this stuff is pretty bad. It's cold, thick (with some small 'chunks' floating around) and kinda nasty. Taste like stringer, thicker, liquid version of a Flintstone Chewable

Ease of use
Amino acid patches were easy
Liquid vitamin was cold, thick and nasty tasting
Glucosimine tablets were big, but slippery when wet.
Never used the electrolyte product
