"Has been a reliable GPS watch for years, but the battery life has degraded significantly. Overall it has been a great watch."roserc
Quality of Construction
Well built. Dropped a number of times and survived without damage.
Comfort
Rather large, but the design makes it comfortable on my wrist.
Adjustability
I have used it with the quick release kit and the stock wrist band and both are very adjustable. I also like to mount it on the bike.
Durability
The watch itself has been very durable, but the battery life has decreased significantly over time. I now can't use if for more than a 90 minute workout.
Value
Even though I will soon need a new watch because the battery life has degraded so significantly, I feel like I have gotten my money's worth over the 3 years I have owned the 305.
Appearance
Rather large. As time goes on and manufacturers fit more into smaller devices, the appearance of the 305 seems larger and larger.
Customer Service
Haven't had to call yet, but I may soon for the battery issue.
Performance
Has worked well, except for the battery issue already mentioned. I have also had problems with multi-sport mode. Overlal thought, the watch has been reliable.
Strengths
Durable
Easy to use
Large display
Comfortable fit
Quick release is effective.
Weakness
Large profile
Battery life degrading over time.
- 210 people use
- 6887 workouts logged
- 87596.9 miles / 11179.77 hours logged
Ease of use
There are only a few functions that I use regularly, and they are easy to use. The manual is well written, and I can usually figure out how to use new functions as I need them without major issues.
