Just put in the DVD and press play...

Did not feel like I got my money's worth with this video, but I guess it was my own fault. I expected to see more than a room full of people on trainers with a coach instructing. I was expecting more like the videos I have since found on Sufferfest.com.

Nothing compelling in these videos. Did not motivate me.

Performance

I found the video to be very boring. I expected it to help me get through long trainer workouts, but it made me so bored that it made the pain worse. I have since found Trainer Road and Sufferfest vidoes, which I like much more.
