"As I bought the unit used, it was a great value and a definite upgrade from the Profile Design system. I would recommend it for those interested in upgrading, but in my opinion the price is a little high. "Scott71
Ease of use
Fairly easy to use, but took some trial and error to get the length of the straw right for me.
Quality of Construction
The unit is quite sturdy and no apparent design flaws yet.
Fit
Once I cut the length of the straw for my aero position, the fit is great.
Comfort
Once installed and sized correctly, its quite comfortable to use in aero position.
Adjustability
Other than the issue with straps noted above, the unit is fairly adjustable.
Durability
I bought the unit used and there are no signs of wear from the prior owner. After 4 months of use, the unit seems to be quite durable.
Value
I'd give it a 4 out of 5 as I only paid $50, but if I paid full price then not sure if I'd rate it so high.
Appearance
The unit looks great on my Felt B16.
Customer Service
I've not had to deal with Xlab yet.
Performance
I've used it in a few races so far this season and it has performed great.
Strengths
The aero design of the bottle and the cage. Does what its supposed to do and allows you to drink while maintaining aero position.
Weakness
The bottle is fairly small - smaller than the Profile Design bottle that I used previously. I had a few issues with the straps and getting the cage to sit firmly.

Ease of installation
I bought the unit used, but still had trouble with the Velcro mounting straps. The straps are tightened as hard as I can get them, but the cage still rattles against the top of the stem.
