Comfort
The bibs do not have a padded seat, so I have been wearing them over a pair of biking shorts. Despite the double layer - they are very comfortable.

The bibs are kind-of expensive ($120), but worth the price.

Performance
The bibs keep you very warm. The temperature should be below 40F before you put them on or else you will sweat up a storm. I have even run in them on a few occassions.
Strengths
Great set of winter bibs - super warm.
Weakness
The only possible complaint is that the bibs are too warm . . . however, if out riding in temperature <32F you will be glad that you are wearing them.

Quality of Construction
The AmFIB® Bib has a stretch windproof and waterproof fabric on the front and lighter breatherable panels on the back. The bib has a ThermaFleece lining that keep you very, very warm. These are very well made bibs - excellent quality.
