"I absolutely love these wheels and would recommend them to anyone. Great value for the $. You will definitely notice speed increases on your bike leg."Scott71
Ease of use
No problems once they were installed on the bike.
Quality of Construction
I have to say that they wheels are very well made. I hit a pothole last year on one of my races which blew the tire and really felt the impact. There was a tiny ding on the rim, but otherwise no damages and the wheel never came out of true. It likely would have cracked a carbon fiber wheel.
Fit
I only give them a 3 as they are quite wide and you have to make a few adjustments to the rear brake caliper to fit them in. I have read a few reviews where they could not be installed without changing the entire rear brake assembly.
Comfort
Very smooth wheels and as stated above very sold on any bumps in the road.
Adjustability
Not applicable for wheels
Durability
As stated above, they seem to be very durable. After 2.5 years and many bumps along the road, no issues with the wheel so far.
Value
In my opinion, FLO wheels are a total bargain.
Appearance
There is a choice of colour decals and I think they look awesome.
Customer Service
I exchanged a few emails with the FLO team and they were always quick to respond and answered all of my questions.
Performance
My speed increased by almost 2 mph, although some of that may have come from a new aero helmet and increased bike training. I do feel faster on the bike with these wheels.
Strengths
Great price for bombproof wheels.
Weakness
The FLO wheels are a little heavier than some of the competition wheels.

Ease of installation
As far as installation on the bike, no problem other than discussed in the "Fit" section below. But installing the GP4000S tires were a bit of a challenge. I read in advance that it was going to be a struggle and it did take some time, but I finally got them on.
