Ease of use
As good as any other single sided pedal. Only multi-sided pedals get a 5 for ease of use from me.

Fit and finish superb.
Fit
Accepts Keo-compatible cleats.
Comfort
Great pedaling platform for long, hard rides. Keo is unsurpassed here.
Adjustability
Clip in/out tension adjustable but lowest setting is still pretty tight for newbies.
Durability
Bulletproof over 5,000+ miles.
Value
Lets face it- unless you are a total weight weenie basic Look Keo (or any make) pedals get the job done for far less $$$.
Appearance
Nice carbon finish.
Customer Service
Have not needed anything.
Performance
Slick clip in/out with standard Keo cleats. Only 4 if using the 'Grip' style cleat. I prefer using std Keo cleats with covers for walking.
Strengths
Very light weight and durable.
Weakness
Single-sided clip in. Keo 'Grip' cleats are not as smooth clip in/out as the original Keo cleats with the with slick engagement surface. Also those Grip cleats get tougher to use as the rubber 'grip' walking surfaces wear or tear.
