"Training in N.C. during the spring and summer can get hot so I purchased 2 of these bottles for training. These bottles keep liquids much cooler, much longer than standard water bottles. They work great. The only downside is that when the bottles "jump" out of your cages you have to turn around and get them because they are a bit more $ than a standard bottle.
