"Great bars for a great value"runner0083
Quality of Construction
Sturdy stiff construction. As a 165lb rider I don't really stress them much but they've stood up to all the forces I've put on them so far. But I think that's only because I had to torque them down to the handle bars with quite a bit of force to prevent them from rotating.
Fit
Plenty long/short for my stature (5'10")
Comfort
Very comfortable arm pads, even easily removable covers to allow for washing. However, the low profile design can tweak your wrists a little until you get used to them.
Adjustability
Pretty straight forward design with basically only fore and aft adjustments being required.
Durability
Only been in use for about 200miles so far, but held up perfectly well so far.
Value
Definitely some of the cheaper available, but definitely worth the price.
Appearance
Nice sleek low profile look
Performance
Allows for very aero position of forearms/shoulders/back. Only improvement could be weight
Strengths
1. applicable for bar end shifters
2. sturdy
3. comfortable arm pads
Weakness
1. can hurt wrists if not used to it
2. not carbon fiber
Ease of installation
Have the spacers needed for either generic size of round handlebar. Pre-lubricated screws to help prevent stripping the threads. Premade holes and end caps for if you use bar-end shifters, but they are out of the way enough that they aren't noticeable if you don't use bar end shifters.
