"This is a great product and I would recommend it if you are very serious about training and very tech savory. Otherwise try to find a more basic unit."parrj
Ease of use
There is so much technology with the Polar and the instruction manual is horrible. The website has some good tutorials.
Quality of Construction
So far so good.
Fit
Perfert. Easily adjustable.
Comfort
Don't even realize I'm wearing it.
Adjustability
Easy
Durability
So far so good
Value
Hopefully once I can use it more I will feel like I'm getting more value out of it.
Appearance
Wrist unit is slightly bigger then a normal watch but not bad at all. Alot of people wear it as there everyday wrist watch.
Performance
So far so good.
Strengths
There is a limitless amount of possiblities for the polar 625x. It is like having a performance lab with you. Gives you settings so that if you want a 5' warm up and then intervals. It will beep for you.
Weakness
Instruction manual is not very good. Very hard to figure out by just playing with. Still learning how to use all the tools. Plus having to do all the initial settings to get everything working and then you have to recalibrate

Ease of installation
Start up is easy. Basic function can pretty much be used out of the box. Just need to set a few basic settings as you would a watch.
