Customer Service
Excellent customer service
Performance
Performs all functions well, the only problem is small size of actual time and limited battery life
Strengths
This watch works well for monitoring speed, and duration even under dense tree cover. This nice part is that the GPS unit and the watch are an all in one unit. Unit shows multiple outputs at once to include time duration, speed, distance.
Weakness
Large size of unit. Telling time is difficult because it is in small print.
