"Overall a great product. I highly recommend it again to anyone who is interested. Totally worthwhile. Reasonably priced."tryonmygoldrag
Quality of Construction
Mine worked great for 8 months and then it all of a sudden failed when i jumped into the water with it in the ocean. I thought it was a battery thing, but after replacement, it still didn't work. I returned it to the vendor (REI) and got another one and this one works great!
Fit
Perfect fit. Adjustable to all wrist sizes. Very comfortable.
Comfort
Rubber band doesn't get sticky or hard through extended use. I wore it nonstop for 8 months, working out, showering, sleeping, it felt so comfortable I hardly noticed it was there.
Adjustability
Fits wrists of all sizes. Adjustable band makes it so convenient.
Durability
Again, my first one broke after 8 months. I think that one was an anomaly, as mine now works great so far.
Value
Couldn't find a heart rate monitor for a better deal. It has compatible accessories to add to your shoes, to your bike, and even help determine your training level.
Appearance
Stellar appearance. Received only good and endless compliments on it when I wore it.
Performance
Worked great through races. Heart rate monitor sometimes doesn't work in the pool, so i wouldn't recommend it for that.
Strengths
Great all around. Very little weaknesses.
BATTERY CAN BE REPLACED BY USER AND NOT SPECIFICALLY BY MANUFACTURER WITHOUT COMPROMISING WATER RESISTANCY!
Not many other heart rate monitors can do this.
Weakness
Faulty construction. Again, I think it was an anomaly
- 2 people use
- 27 workouts logged
- 104.34 miles / 21.35 hours logged
Ease of use
Super easy to use. Even a child or a grandmother could operate this without much difficulty. One glance at the pages of the user manual and its owner becomes a pro with the heart rate monitor
