Ease of installation

LBS set me up in an hour and adjustments by them have been done easily

Good easy bike to ride. Being new to aero, still getting used to this.

Good construction and I have falled a couple of times (at a standstill) and no ill effects on the bike.

Customer Service

So far haven't had to deal with the manufacturer. LBS store is very good though.

Performance

Great performance, even for a novice.

Strengths

Fast bike, with lots of gears (18) to enable cycling any terrain.

Weakness

None apparent yet. Only weakness for me is the aero, I am still working on getting comfortable in aero.
