Quality of Construction

So far so good. I am a big boy and it holds me up just fine. I have not noticed any flex with the Aluminum frame.

Fit like a glove even in the shop. It's like this bike was made for me.

The stock saddle is a little uncomfortable, but the ease of use and shape of this bike leaves you feeling good even after a long ride.

Haven't had to use Specialized Customer Service, but the LBS is great!

Agile and very responsive.

Strengths

Comfort and price.

Weakness

The Sora and Tiagra group set sucks, but a quick ebay fit and it now has new Ultegra parts. I would recommend changing that immedeately.
