Ease of use
Just put them in and go, for about 50 yards and then put them in again, and again, and again.
Quality of Construction
Not very well made for their purpose.
Fit
They did not mold very well, and when your are trying to plug your ear canal that is a big deal.
Comfort
They hurt because they were made of harder material than their counterpart.
Adjustability
Not very. Just when you think you got it they go out of shape again.
Durability
They will last forever because you can't use them.
Value
Waste of money.
Appearance
Milky clear so no one should notice them.
Customer Service
Haven't written them about this issue, but probably should.
Performance
Worthless. Didn't hold their shape so I would get water in my ears everytime I used them which is why I went and tried the Speedo brand.

Worthless and Useless. Will not hold molded shape so they fall out and you still wind up with water in oyur ears.
