Powder form and just add water or your favorite juice. The flavors are very good

Quality of Construction

A little different construction because this powder contains protein and carbos in a 1:4 ratio. Some of the other flavors contain caffeine also for later inteh workout.

I guess I can say here that you can just the sweetness and flavor of the powder by adding more or less but not if you buy the product re-made

Strengths

Here is what the web-site claims: Accelerade helps to speed up the recovery process by reducing muscle damage and also decreases soreness that can occur with endurance exercise. Accelerade is beneficial during and also after exercise to enable the athlete to perform at his/her best later on that same day or days following.

Weakness

It is on the pricy side but cheaper if you buy in bulk or one it goes on sale. The other issue is that many races use Gatorade so you would have to supply your own during the races.
