Did it's job to delay onset of muscle fatigue

Strengths

When I competed in IMF this past November I wore a pair of CEP Compression socks that fit right below your knees. When I did IMLP I experienced soreness in my calf's during the marathon run. This time I decided to wear these socks and discovered that I had much less of muscle soreness and muscle fatigue in my legs. They helped maintain a constant leg temperature, and increased blood to my lower legs. In Lake Placid the lactic build-up was very uncomfortable but this time a measure of tolerance was bearable with these socks.

On the second loop of the run my calf muscles felt firm and there was no noticeable muscle movement. The socks gave me a level of comfort and sustained energy to the finish line. recovery.
