"Well worth the money"mirace

The basics are pretty striaght forward to set up.

Like and thing that is tech, there is so much on there that I still haven't figured out. That said, for the core things you need, it's great, especially for the price and what else is out there in the market.

Unit has been durable, HR broke but replaced quickly.

easy enough

little bulky but not a big deal

they offer an extra band if you have big wrists

The unit itself has been great, my HR monitor did break but that was after 18 months and heavy use. Garmin replaced for free, no questions asked.

For the money, can't beat it.

It is a little bulky looking but is still quite comfortable. The new 405 is out so you can get the 305 at quite a discount. The 405, however, does look smaller and more stylish.

My heart rate monitor broke and I emailed their customer service. They sent me out a new HR monitor within 24 hours - I was very impressed.

Sometimes it doesn't connect. Where I live in San Diego, there aren't many tall buildings so is reliable. When lived in Dublin, it would lose connection with the big buildings.

The power of this is well worth the money. I added the cadence sensor for the bike and once you customize the display - it so useful on the data it can feed you back.

305 is a little bulky - would consider the 405 if money not an issue. Connectivity can be an issue if you run in city with big buildings.
