Ease of installation

As it is my first wetsuit, it took some practice putting the suit on, but once I figured it out, it went on smoothly

The seams are stitched and glued, the neoprene is good, great quality

Fit

I bought it online and based on my measurements I would have ordered a different size. Thankfully I contacted the customer service rep and she recommended a size that is much better for me.

Just try and find a full sized sleeveless wetsuit (new) anywhere for lower than $100 bucks.

The suit looks great, no silly neon colors, just a sleek look.

Customer Service

The ratings only go up to five, but if they were higher I would rate them so. First off was the fitting which was right on. Then when I had questions, the customer service rep told me that they would exchange as many suits as it took until they found one that I was comfortable with, free of charge, and free shipping!!! Then jokingly I told her that I wanted the logo big on the front so I could brag about it and she told me that all I would have to do is send it back to them and in another day they would have the logo on there free of charge in any color I wanted!! Not only were the super helpful, but they were really prompt in responding to all my questions. A++++++

Strengths
